  • We have a personalisation preview which shows the approximate size and location of the personalisation. Simply choose the type of personalisation and type in the message to see the preview appear on the product image.

What is blind embossing?

  • Blind embossing uses just heat and pressure to leave a lasting impression in the leather.

Why are your collars so expensive?

  • Our products are handmade and we use real leather. They are competively priced for the quality and service that you receive.

How long does it take to personalise an item?

  • We'll despatch your personalised order 1-2 working days after we receive it. If you place an order over the weekend, we'll send it on Monday. To see delivery estimates, visit our delivery information page.

How many characters can I put on my collar or lead?

  • It depends on the size and model. The personalisation preview will let you know when you've run out of room while you type the message in the text box.

What is the return policy?

  • We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your order. It must be in resellable condition and not personalised.

Are your products guaranteed?

  • All our premium collars and leads carry a two year warranty on the leather, and metal hardware. We're confident that you will never need to make a warranty claim, but if a problem arises, we'll take care of it straight away.
